Easy Crock Pot Chops Ingredients:

3-6 Pork Chops (frozen or thawed)
Can of Cream of Mushroom
Milk

2.) Fill the can with Milk.
3.) Combine the Milk and Cream of Mushroom in the bowl.
4.) Pour a little of the mixture into the bottom of your crock pot.
5.) Put your pork chops in the crock pot.
6.) Cover with the remaining Milk and Cream of Mushroom Mixture.
